Weights and cycles
Weightlifting and stationary bicycles are the mainstays of
many fitness centers and so with ours. We plan to place
them in the area next to the pool, locker rooms, and atrium.
Although most of us have no desire to go to the extremes
that are visible in these photos, these activities have many
beneficial health effects. Weight lifting has been shown
to improve bone strength in women with osteoporosis and
cycling remains a good cardio exercise.
