Organizational Structure


 Sheridan County Health Plus:  Nonprofit corporation registered in Montana for the purpose of
        planning, building and operating a health and fitness facility for the area residents.  501(c)(3)
        status was granted in August of 2007.  This means that all contributions to the project are deductible
        from your Federal and Montana State income tax.

    Board of Directors:  Seven individuals selected by vote of the members.  Two positions filled
        by individuals nominated by other county nonprofit organizations.

    Members:  Any individual 18 years of age or older who pays a $25.00 membership fee.

    Clients:  Any member who is current in their monthly usage fees and has rights to use the
         facilities amenities.

The Prairie Wind Fitness Center is the name of the building that the Sheridan County Health Plus, Inc has been formed to organize, build and manage.
